In 2012, 13 years ago as I write this, I began my first BSc in Psychology at the University of Limerick, Ireland. Over the next decade, I would go on to specialise as a generational trauma healing practitioner, as well as earning an advanced practitioner degree in Neuroscience Coaching. Having lived through and learnt from many lifetimes of personal and generational trauma, I know in bones the feeling of alchemising what once seemed like immoveable blocks and challenges. This allows me to hold a very safe and special container, for you to alchemise the life you truly deserve. Together, we delve into your innermost parts.. unearthing your truth, your blocks and your pain..allowing us to see, feel and heal all that is holding you down and holding you back. Ultimately, uncovering and paving a path forward unique to you, aligned with all that you've always wanted, needed and deserved.
